Improving patient safety and experience.

The concept of a nervous passenger boarding a flight to the other side of the world, feeling a loss of control bears a huge resemblance to a worried patient entering an unfamiliar hospital environment.

Our senior cabin crew trainers and healthcare professionals combine theory, wellbeing, and the practical elements of de-escalation and customer service training to break down barriers and improve communication for staff across the NHS.
Best COVID-19 Response in Healthcare at the 2021 COVID Response Awards.
Shortlisted for 'Best Education Programme for the NHS' at the 2022 HSJ Awards.
Bespoke training courses designed with our delegates and staff at the heart of what we do.
The WingFactors brand, its staff, and training material has no affiliation to a specific airline.

Our strength comes from our experience and diversity across the industry.
“Thank you for offering your time and expertise to help our training, it is very much appreciated and I learnt a lot about the situations you face and how you can deploy the skills you taught us. These are definitely skills I can translate into my own practice.”

“An excellent course very well delivered and broken into neat sections to ensure concentration.”
“I loved the event - it was really helpful to think about the NHS as a team/brand and that right from when the patient books in we have 7 seconds to make a good
impression.”

“This was a great course with plenty of opportunity for exploratory discussion and it provided a useful reframing of our approach to patients and patient experience in the department."

Benefits of our Patient Engagement Programme
